SmartyrSocial Inclusions

All our SmartyrSocial plans have the same inclusions, they differ purely on how many hours we spend working on your social media a month. These inclusions are:

Social Media Profiles

We will set you up on the social media channels best suited to your business. We will then maintain these profiles.

Strategic Organic Content

We will regularly post content to the social media channels we've set up. These will guide us to the best content to promote.

Social Listening

We will monitor social media platforms for current trends and opportunities. This will be used to shape our content.

Content Creation

We will create the necessary content for both organic and paid posts. This includes images and videos.

Community Management

We will engage with followers and respond to comments as messages if relevant.

SmartyrLandingPages

Our plans include our Landing Pages module to send traffic to when we promote services and offers for conversions.

Call Tracking

We are conversion driven. So we can't maximise your conversions if we don't track your phone calls.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics will be fully set up on your landing pages to ensure all traffic and conversions are tracked.

Monthly Reporting 

Our monthly reports not only show impressions and clicks, but we show conversions and cost per lead generated.

The key difference between our plans is the amount of hours we spend each month working on your SEO. However, the team members who will work on your digital marketing have different skills and hourly rates. In other words, the Digital Marketing Coordinator that audits and reviews your strategy and the Developer who builds specific functionality for you, cost on average 1.5 times more than the Digital Marketing Assistant that creates content for your site. So we use credits instead of hours to allow for this. So 1 hour of content creation is equal to 1 credit, whereas, 1 hour of Auditing or Website Development is equal to 1.5 credits.
The SmartyrLandingPages is our own platform for creating landing pages to direct traffic from your social posts. These pages are designed to maximise conversions and to ensure they are relevant to the posts we are running. In other words, if we have a post for a specific offer, we will have a page for that offer. If you have a SmartyrWebsite, we can implement these on it, otherwise it will be a standalone subdomain of your existing website.
Our SmartyrSocial campaigns are conversion driven, meaning we focus on getting you leads (phone calls and webforms etc). To ensure we are optimising your social media posts to maximise conversions, we need to know how many conversions we are generating. Lastly, this enables us to give you an accurate monthly report with a cost per lead so you can make informed decisions on the value of the ads.
For our SmartyrSocial plans to be really effective, we work out which of our posts perform better than the norm, then turn them into a hook and promote that post to widen the reach. The cost of promoting posts is not included in the plan, and you will be responsible for this. We will discuss before promoting anything and let you decide your budget. Otherwise, our plan covers all your other costs, including call tracking and landing pages if needed.
If you get a SmartyrWebsite at the same time, we will deduct the first month of your plan off the cost. So if you are going on the SmartyrSocial Bronze plan, we will deduct $1200 from our normal website plan. Better still, if you are going on the Gold plan, we will deduct $2900 from the cost, so it will only cost you $2100 for a website that has been structured and optimised for SEO. Our SmartyrWebsites have been developed over many years doing search engine optimisation (SEO) and get proven results in both getting indexed and getting ranked. If you have a website that has just been sitting there for several years not really doing much, converting it into a SmartyrWebsite will see improvement.
