The key difference between our plans is the amount of hours we spend each month working on your SEO. However, the team members who will work on your digital marketing have different skills and hourly rates. In other words, the Digital Marketing Coordinator that audits and reviews your strategy and the Developer who builds specific functionality for you, cost on average 1.5 times more than the Digital Marketing Assistant that creates content for your site. So we use credits instead of hours to allow for this. So 1 hour of content creation is equal to 1 credit, whereas, 1 hour of Auditing or Website Development is equal to 1.5 credits.

For call tracking, we use an Australian platform called Wildjar. This allows us to buy 1300 and mobile numbers and swap them out with your normal number on your website. This not only allows us to track exactly how many phone calls your website has generated, but also shows us what channel they used to get to your website (eg. Google Search, Google Ads, Facebook etc), what page they came into your website on and what page they were on when they called you. As you can imagine, this is extremely powerful information to measure how your SEO strategy is performing and allows us to not only optimise for conversions but report your exact cost per lead. An additional benefit of this platform is the calls are recorded, so you can listen to missed calls or pass them onto your admin team to add to your sales pipeline. We provide 2 numbers (1 x mobile, 1 x 1300), as we find half your visitors like to call a mobile and the other half a toll-free number. We also include 650 minutes of calls, which covers 90% of our client base.

Our SmartyrSEO plans include anything to do with Search Engine Optimisation. As part of this, we will create social profiles that we believe will benefit your SEO and post content that we have created for the website. For example, if we create an information page for a top of funnel enquiry, we will share this on your social media channels. These are not optimised posts aimed at generating conversions, but simply to show recent posts on your socials for when prospects look for social proof. If you want to build a social media strategy to drive sales, you will need to sign up for a SmartyrSocial plan. Similarly, we do not manage any Ads (Google, Facebook etc) or create newsletters for your database. We can definitely do these, but this will involve a specific plan.

We try to keep things simple, so most of what you need is included in your plan, including website hosting and call tracking. However, as your website grows, you may get more than 650 minutes of calls/month or the data requirements go beyond the standard hosting limits. This is not common, but if it does happen, we will discuss with you before charging you extra. Similarly, if we need to pay for a listing that we believe is important, we will discuss with you.

During this time, we have developed our own platform (SmartyrDXP) that uses the latest technologies and codebase and allows us to structure our websites in a way that has had proven success for all our clients. We understand that you may have a website you're very happy with. This is why we offer a discount of the first month of whatever SmartyrSEO plan you go on off the normal price and have payment plans up to 12 months. This makes the website very affordable, and we truly believe the benefit to your SEO will far outweigh the cost of the website.

We don't lock you into any contracts. We believe that it if we do what we say we do and grow your conversions, then you'll be happy to continue working with us. That's why the average plan length of our existing clients is around 6–7 years. However, we do ask you to commit to at least 6 months so we have enough time to show our worth. Remember, SEO is a medium to long term strategy.

If you want to cancel, we ask for you to give us notice before the next month of your plan starts. Once it has been cancelled, you will still be responsible for the website hosting and call tracking charges, unless you ask us to cancel these as well.
